1. What Meddy Tourism Is — and Is Not

Important: Meddy Tourism is a medical travel facilitation and coordination company. We are not a hospital, clinic, or licensed healthcare provider, and we do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All medical care is provided exclusively by independent, licensed hospitals and doctors.
  • All clinical decisions — including diagnosis, treatment selection, surgery, and aftercare — rest solely with the treating hospital and its licensed medical professionals.
  • No doctor–patient relationship is created between you and Meddy Tourism. Our role is to coordinate: report review by specialists, hospital and doctor matching, cost estimates, medical visa support, travel, accommodation, interpretation, and follow-up coordination.
  • Opinions and treatment plans we forward to you are prepared by the independent specialists and hospitals concerned, not by Meddy Tourism.

2. Free Medical Opinions & Cost Estimates

  • Initial medical report review and treatment recommendations are provided free of charge and without obligation.
  • All cost estimates are indicative and based on the medical information you provide. Final costs are confirmed by the treating hospital and may change if your clinical condition, required procedures, length of stay, or complications differ from the initial assessment.
  • Unless stated otherwise in writing, treatment payments are made by you directly to the treating hospital according to the hospital’s billing terms.

3. Your Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current medical reports and personal information. Estimates and opinions based on incomplete or inaccurate information may not be reliable.
  • Disclose all relevant medical history, allergies, medications, and prior treatments to the treating doctors.
  • Hold valid travel documents and comply with the visa, immigration, and health regulations of the destination country.
  • Follow the medical advice, instructions, and follow-up plans given by your treating doctors.

4. Visas, Travel & Third-Party Services

  • We assist with medical visa documentation and coordination, but visa issuance is at the sole discretion of the relevant government authorities and cannot be guaranteed by us.
  • Flights, hotels, transport, and other third-party services we help arrange are provided by independent suppliers under their own terms. We are not liable for the acts, omissions, delays, or cancellations of such suppliers, airlines, or authorities.

5. No Guarantee of Medical Outcomes

Medicine is not an exact science. While we work only with established, accredited hospital groups and experienced specialists, neither Meddy Tourism nor any treating provider can guarantee any particular medical result, recovery time, or outcome. Testimonials and patient stories on our website reflect individual experiences and do not promise similar results for any other patient.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Meddy Tourism’s liability in connection with our facilitation services shall be limited to the fees (if any) paid by you to Meddy Tourism for those services. We are not liable for clinical acts or omissions of treating hospitals and doctors, for visa or travel disruptions beyond our control, or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

7. Website Content & Intellectual Property

Website content (text, design, logos, doctor and hospital information) is provided for general information and is owned by or licensed to Meddy Tourism. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission. Hospital and doctor names belong to their respective owners; their presence on our website indicates coordination availability and not endorsement of this website by those institutions.

8. Privacy

Your personal and medical information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version, with its effective date, will always be published on this page. Continued use of our website or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
